1. 40-120-40 perforated aluminum foil

Polypropylene coating: 40 microns (0.04mm)

Aluminum thickness: 120 microns (0.12mm)

40-120-40 perforated aluminum foil is the most popular and commonly used model for STABI PP-R pipes.

2. 40-100-40 perforated aluminum foil

Polypropylene coating: 40 microns (0.04mm)

Aluminum thickness: 100 microns (0.10mm)

40-100-40 perforated aluminum foil becomes more and more popular. The weight per meter of 40-100-40 is less than 40-120-40 perforated aluminum foil as the less proportion of aluminum layer which means under the same weight unit, 40-100-40 aluminum foil enables to produce more length of pipes.

3. 50-150-50 perforated aluminum foil

Polypropylene coating: 50 microns (0.04mm)

Aluminum thickness: 150 microns (0.10mm)

50-150-50 perforated aluminum foil is very suitable for STABI PP-R pipes which is exposed to outdoor installation especially in the area with extreme high or low temperature. More aluminum and polypropylene glue thickness minimizes the linear expansion coefficient and expands the life span and durability of the STABI PP-R pipes.

4. 25-80-25 perforated aluminum foil

Polypropylene coating: 25 microns (0.025mm)

Aluminum thickness: 80 microns (0.08mm)

25-80-25 perforated aluminum foil is new model which ensures the strength of the PPR/AL/PPR pipes and at the same time it is more cost saving per meter on comparison with the other models with thicker aluminum base.

5. 40-30-40 perforated aluminum foil

Polypropylene coating: 40 microns (0.04mm)

Aluminum thickness: 80 microns (0.03mm)

40-30-40 perforated aluminum foil is the brand new and latest new model for Stabi PPR pipes. The aluminum foil base is with 30 micron thickness. New dry lamination processing method is adopted to assue the adhesion between the polypropylene glue layer with the aluminum foil layer.
