THE USE OF ADVANCED AND RELIABLE THERMAL PROCESS PRODUCTION
Compared with the dry process, the compound of CPP / Al is not bonded by adhesive, and has excellent electrolyte resistance performance, durability and resistance to high and low temperature performance and ensuring the deep drawing and good insulation properties. In addition to meet the needs in civilian areas, it has more obvious advantages in durable, power-driven or energy storage lithium application.
EXCELLENT HEAT SEALING STRENGTH
After several previous experimental verification, our aluminium laminated film owns good applicability for all kinds of tabs. It can be seen from the chart that with the increase of heat sealing temperature, the heat sealing strength basically has an increasing trend. Especially above 180 ℃, the heat sealing strength can be reached 75N/15mm. Temperature reaches between 190-215 ℃, heat Seal strength maintained above 85 N/15mm. When temperature is between 195-215 ℃, it is more than 90 N/15mm. Our aluminium laminated film maintains a high heat sealing strength in a wide temperature range which is quite favorable for the battery processing and durable usage.
EXCELLENT RESISTANCE IN ELECTROLYTE
The original heat sealing strength of our aluminium laminated film is 88.1N / 15mm, which is one of the advantages of our product. Even with the electrolyte contaminated the hot surface, the heat sealing strength can still reach 85.9N/15mm which is still able to meet the requirements. Especially after soaking in the electrolyte, it still has a relatively high heat sealing strength, showing excellent electrolyte resistance performance.
