EMBOSSING PROCESS

To be different from other aluminum foils. Aluminum foil for automotive heat shield will be embossed to have its evenly placed holes. The embossing process will be an extra process for this special type of aluminum foils and special-designed machine will automatically do the embossing to reduce the wastes and increase the accuracy.

UNIQUE STRUCTURE

By embossing the shield, there will be many holes on the appearance of aluminum heat shield. These holes can reduce the pollution the car’s running brings, such as the noises, the harshness and even the vibrations brought by the moving of cars.

PACKAGE CONDITIONS

Packing details:

l  Normally, for aluminium strip, 20MT can be loaded into 20 foot container,we suggest to use 20 foot container, the sea freight rate is much cheaper than 40 foot container.

l  the packing is very strong, which has 3 lays, thick fiber, foam, plastic,enough drying agent, suitable for long distance sea transportation.

l  We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer request;

l  Wooden boxes will be used in the outside packing.

l  We have fixing in the container to avoid any damage during the transportation.
